Accounting & Financial Systems Consultant
Certified Public Accountant with experience across Big 4 audit, financial reporting, operational accounting, GAAP compliance, and accounting systems support for public and private companies.
Supports RDG engagements through financial reporting, accounting system organization, chart of accounts development, reconciliations, budgeting support, job costing review, and financial process improvement initiatives.
Background includes construction, development, energy, manufacturing, and corporate finance environments.

Business Operations & Growth Strategy
Supports organizational growth, client engagement, and operational support initiatives across RDG’s consulting and project delivery services. Brings a background in business administration, entrepreneurship, and relationship management with experience supporting business development, stakeholder communication, and strategic growth initiatives.
Holds an MBA in Leadership and a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Lamar University.

Field Operations Coordinator
Supports field operations, project coordination, QA/QC documentation, reporting, and operational workflows across active residential and commercial construction projects. Assists with onsite coordination, project documentation, subcontractor communication, bookkeeping support, and operational coverage for active projects and trainings. Brings a detail-oriented and adaptable approach with a strong focus on organization, communication, and execution in fast-paced construction environments.
